This project aims to provide health care facilities by using smart-phones in remote poor resource settings of developing countries (i.e. Swaziland, India, Sao -Tome Principe, Mongolia and Pakistan) such as collecting patient data by replacing paper records, sending SMS reminders and providing Tele-consultations.
